Working as the design management team of the main Contractor, where the designer and the supervisor of the project is Foster+Partners.
Out of many tasks and services provided for the project, project is designated to be accredited for LEED Gold, where all related credits related to construction are being followed strictly, and LEED requirements are being inserted into procedures for material approvals to ensure the points from construction credits can be fully achieved.
For the delivery of this complex structure, SFMM is involved in development and approval of the value engineering including but not limited to structural design optimization, value engineering for beam claddings from loss formwork to cladding; alternative material and design detail development both minimizing delivery time, cost and as well as meeting the design intent.
The project is being executed in BIM, all coordination is being carried out via BIM models, all documentation is being produced through BIM models, including shop and fabrication drawings.
